"Unfortunately, Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue has failed to deliver what was promised in the brochure. A large gap exists between what was shown during sales and what has actually been built on ground. The overall color selection and finishing are extremely dull and give the feel of old government or DDA quarters rather than a premium residential society. The quality of execution across common areas looks “kaam-chalau”—done just to complete the project, not to create a livable or premium environment. Cleanliness is poor, and there appears to be no sense of responsibility from either the Samridhi team or the maintenance agency JLL. Basic upkeep, hygiene, and attention to detail are consistently lacking, which is unacceptable for a society positioned as a luxury project. The designer and project execution team clearly lacked vision, aesthetic sense, and long-term planning for maintenance. The result is a society that feels poorly designed, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. I genuinely hope someone from Samridhi’s top management reads this feedback and takes it seriously—by hiring the right design, execution, and maintenance professionals and making changes that are actually beneficial for residents as well as the Samridhi brand itself."
